AMFVG/ Where The Truck alongside VRC and Crown Resorts invites you to submit your application for the upcoming Melbourne Cup Carnival with trade dates available from September through to November 2022.

We are excited to have the fantastic Victoria Racing events back at full capacity this year, with a projection for the season to be bigger and better than ever before and reigniting the Spring Carnival love back into Melbourne!

Pre covid events with good weather conditions attracted over 300,000 people to Flemington Racecourse for the beloved horse meets.

Location:
Flemington Racecourse.

Event Dates:
10th September 2022 – Sofitel Girls Day Out
1st October 2022 – TAB Turnbulls Stakes Day
29th October 2022 – Penfolds Victoria Derby Day
1st November 2022 – Lexus Melbourne Cup Day
3rd November 2022 – Kennedy Oaks Day
5th November 2022 – VRC Champions Stakes Day

Fees
$500 Application fee.
Site fees 25% commission payable post-event.
Plus power and water.

POS System:
All vendors will be required to use the WTT tablets to receive the orders.
