How to Apply: Food vendors can register their interest by completing an Food Vendor Expression of interest (EOI) Application Form. Vendors that submit an EOI will be included in the City’s food vendor database for consideration ahead of each event. Please note vendors are only required to submit one application for the 2018-19 events season.

Vendors are required to thoroughly read the Food Vendor Information Pack including the selection criteria and terms and conditions of trade prior to submitting an application.
Once satisfied that the selection criteria and terms and conditions have been met, complete the Food Vendor EOI Application Form in the link.
Please note submission of an expression of interest does not guarantee your business will be selected to trade.
Vendors who have been shortlisted will be contacted a minimum of one month out from an event to confirm their interest and availability.
Vendors interested in participating in the 2018 Kaleidoscope Festival must email JD’s Fast Food to submit an expression of interest.

AU-845072 22/02/2019 Lockyer Valley Regional Council is calling on local food producers and providores to put their hand up for this year’s Regional Flavours festival in Brisbane. The region will once again take centre-stage at Australia’s largest free food festival, to be held at the picturesque Parklands of Southbank on the weekend of July 20 – 21.
Stallholder applications are now open and Lockyer Valley Regional Council Mayor, Councillor Tanya Milligan is encouraging local food producers and providores to jump on board. “Now in its 11th year, Regional Flavours offers our local food producers and providores the opportunity to showcase their produce to a crowd of more than 85,000 food lovers over the two-day event. As South Bank’s signature food and wine festival, Council is proud to once again partner with the event to deliver the Picnic Patch precinct, which is dedicated to showcasing he very best of the Lockyer Valley. This is a key event for the region and we strongly encourage all stallholders who would like to be involved to do so,” Mayor Milligan said.

BRISBANE ST MALL FOOD VAN TRIAL LAUNCN-840418 NOT STATED As part of the Launceston City Heart Project, the City of Launceston will trial of a food van in the recently refurbished Brisbane Street Mall on Sundays between 11am and 4pm and Monday to Thursday between 11am and 7pm during the month of February 2019.
The trial offers an opportunity to encourage locals to engage with the refurbished Brisbane Street Mall furniture and seating, with take-away food providing the perfect nexus for locals to spend time in the space eating and socialising and aims to
Activate and encourage visitation into the space
Assess viability and community support for a permanent mobile food vendor in the space

Multiple vendors on a rotational basis will be considered as part of the trial.
As there is an existing coffee provider established in the Brisbane Street Mall, only alternate beverages to coffee will be permitted.
