Event location:
Middle Terrace, Birrarung Marr, is situated between the Yarra River and Batman Avenue / Exhibition St.

Event date:
Commencing – Saturday 14th January to Sunday 22th January.
The event will run for nine days in total.

Opening Hours for the Event:
– Sat 14 Jan and Sun 15 Jan 12pm-8pm
– Mon 16 Jan – Thurs 20 Jan 12pm-10pm
– Fri 20 Jan, Sat 21 Jan, Sun 22 Jan 10am-10pm

Bump in:
Details of bump in to disclosed to successful applicants. Vendors will need to bump in once and remain on site for a three day trading period. Full back of house facilities will be available and advised to successful applicants.

Number of vendors required:
We are seeking four (4) vendors daily.
Vendors will need to trade for three consecutive days within one of the designated brackets.

Type of vendors:
The expression of interest is open to all mobile food trucks, vans and trailers. No marquees or carts.

Power:
This will be a fully powered site. Vendors are to submit power requirements on application.
