If you are a food vendor with quality food offerings and exceptional presentation the City of Joondalup welcome your expression of interest to participate in the 2018-19 events season.
How to Apply: Food vendors can register their interest by completing an Food Vendor Expression of interest (EOI) Application Form. Vendors that submit an EOI will be included in the City’s food vendor database for consideration ahead of each event. Please note vendors are only required to submit one application for the 2018-19 events season.
|Vendors are required to thoroughly read the Food Vendor Information Pack including the selection criteria and terms and conditions of trade prior to submitting an application.
Once satisfied that the selection criteria and terms and conditions have been met, complete the Food Vendor EOI Application Form in the link.
Please note submission of an expression of interest does not guarantee your business will be selected to trade.
Vendors who have been shortlisted will be contacted a minimum of one month out from an event to confirm their interest and availability.
Vendors interested in participating in the 2018 Kaleidoscope Festival must email JD’s Fast Food to submit an expression of interest.

We are looking for a maximum 8 savoury food vendors with a mix of cultural offerings , 2 specialty/sweet vendors and a coffee vendor.
Events on the day such as AFLW player appearances, AFL and WB inflatables/football activities, emergency services, car display, community market, sporting competitions and other attractions will run between 11am and 4pm.
|We are also organising a craft beer area and beer garden in and around our club rooms which will run til late. We would like all vendors in place by 10am and stay until 4:30pm but are more then welcome to stay beyond 8pm as our craft beer area will still be open.
Site fees are $250 per site.

Council will be hosting a free BBQ breakfast as part of the morning’s activities and the type of vendors Council are seeking are those that will complement the planned activities. These can include coffee vans, ice cream vendors and small treats. Please note that there may only be two types of similar vendors on the day.
You will need to provide to Council a copy of our current $20 million public liability insurance policy, have your own power generator, and be able to complete a risk assessment prior to the day.
