If you are a food vendor with quality food offerings and exceptional presentation the City of Joondalup welcome your expression of interest to participate in the 2018-19 events season.

Event Information:
· 2018 Little Feet Festival: 21 October 2018
· 2019 Music in the Park concert series: Saturday 12 January and Saturday 2nd March 2019
· 2019 Valentine’s Concert: 14 February 2019
· 2019 Joondalup Festival: 5th-7th April 2019

How to Apply: Food vendors can register their interest by completing an Food Vendor Expression of interest (EOI) Application Form. Vendors that submit an EOI will be included in the City’s food vendor database for consideration ahead of each event. Please note vendors are only required to submit one application for the 2018-19 events season.

Vendors are required to thoroughly read the Food Vendor Information Pack including the selection criteria and terms and conditions of trade prior to submitting an application.
Once satisfied that the selection criteria and terms and conditions have been met, complete the Food Vendor EOI Application Form in the link.
Please note submission of an expression of interest does not guarantee your business will be selected to trade.
Vendors who have been shortlisted will be contacted a minimum of one month out from an event to confirm their interest and availability.
Vendors interested in participating in the 2018 Kaleidoscope Festival must email JD’s Fast Food to submit an expression of interest.

CITY OF MELBOURNE. CATERING OPERATORS AU-826952 26/10/2018 MOOMBA FESTIVAL returns to Alexandra Gardens and Birrarung Marr from 8th to 11 March 2019, celebrating cultural and community diversity via an exceptional program of free entertainment on both sides of the Yarra River.
Catering Operators are invited to submit expressions of interest to include their catering outlet in the Moomba Festival site for 2019.
Getting involved:

The Moomba festival team are currently seeking expressions of interest from caterers who operate fully self-contained vans, trailers or containers. Self-contained meaning all food preparation, wash up facilities and service frontage is contained within the space of the outlet itself.
