Successful tenders required to pay GST on tender fee. Payment for successful tenders to be received in full by 5.00 pm on Thursday 6 September 2018.
All stalls and holders must meet health and fire department requirements. Fire extinguisher and blanket for hot food.
Power requirements will need to be stated on initial tenders. All equipment will need to be tested and tagged by an authorised person.
All stalls must remove all rubbish from the Reserve. Clean up fees to apply.
If tendering please ensure that the products can be supplied as early stock outs are not acceptable.
Keep in mind that your staff will need to pay general admission.
All set up to be done in consultation with SFNL Administration.

Tenders will only be received by mail. The SF&NL is not bound to accept the highest priced tender.
